Holland Gardens Residence is a premium project announced in May. It’s a seven-storey multi-family complex located in Town Square, a flourishing community famous for its tranquil environment, picturesque nature and numerous amenities. The project offers one- to three-bedroom studios and apartments with a floor area ranging from 37 to 141 square metres.
This mid-rise complex is being built by Nshama, a developer that has been offering stylish and high-quality projects in Dubai’s prestigious districts to investors and regular home hunters for almost a decade.
As per the master plan, the premium residences will be commissioned in the second half of 2025 (tentatively in October).

It involves a 10% down payment at the time of reserving a property in Holland Gardens Residence and then paying 40% of the value in instalments (10% in two, eight, 14 and 20 months after the reservation). The remaining half is paid upon construction completion.
